La mayor cantidad de lesiones son en ligamentos, m\u00fasculos y articulaciones por sobreesfuerzo.<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<p>Especialistas de Chacarilla Medicina F\u00edsica y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n advierten que practicar actividad f\u00edsica o copiar rutinas que se encuentran en Internet sin realizar ejercicios de calentamiento y estiramiento, aumentan el riesgo de lesiones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon la llegada del verano aumentan las lesiones debido a que muchas personas empiezan a entrenar por su cuenta sin supervisi\u00f3n y los cuidados necesarios. La mayor cantidad de lesiones son en ligamentos, m\u00fasculos y articulaciones por sobreesfuerzo\u201d, indic\u00f3 el m\u00e9dico deport\u00f3logo Leonel Lozano y miembro de la Sociedad Peruana de Medicina del Deporte.<\/p>\n<p>El especialista explic\u00f3 que antes de iniciar alg\u00fan deporte, la persona debe considerar sus propias limitaciones. Por ejemplo, si reci\u00e9n empieza a hacer actividad f\u00edsica su entrenamiento debe ser lento y progresivo. En cambio, si ya antes ha hecho ejercicios, puede tener un poco m\u00e1s de intensidad. \u201cEs importante ir de menos a m\u00e1s de acuerdo a como el propio cuerpo tolera la intensidad del ejercicio\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El doctor Lozano enfatiz\u00f3 que las personas con sobrepeso o alguna enfermedad cr\u00f3nica de base deber\u00edan pasar por una consulta m\u00e9dica antes de comenzar cualquier programa de ejercicios ya que pueden estar consumiendo alg\u00fan medicamento o tener alguna lesi\u00f3n previa que podr\u00eda significar un riesgo.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<h2>Cuidado con las rutinas de internet<\/h2>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<p>La probabilidad de sufrir una lesi\u00f3n en tendones y m\u00fasculos aumenta a medida que se van cumpliendo a\u00f1os y ganando peso. Por ello, el sedentarismo o la falta de una condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica son algunos de los factores que conducen a una lesi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como no utilizar materiales adecuados, zapatillas o no tener una buena t\u00e9cnica al momento de ejecutar los ejercicios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo debemos copiar las rutinas de famosos que generalmente est\u00e1n colgadas en Internet porque esos programas son para personas expertas o que ya tienen practicando un entrenamiento. Hay que tener cuidado con los errores que se podr\u00edan cometer al ejecutarlos porque pueden ocasionar lesiones\u201d, aconsejo el m\u00e9dico. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cM\u00e1s importante en una buena rutina es repartir la cantidad de ejercicios en una semana que hacerlo en un solo d\u00eda o una sola sesi\u00f3n a fin de prevenir el riesgo de lesiones osteomusculares (lesiones inflamatorias o degenerativas de los m\u00fasculos, tendones, articulaciones, ligamentos y nervios).
